Rotary hoed the spud patch up in preparation for the planting out of our early spuds tomorrow. Also prepped the ground up by the dam for the next lot of new fruit trees which should arrive in the next day or two ☺

The Sundrop apricots are almost out in blossom 🙂
Everybody keep your fingers crossed during blossom time for nice fine weather so the bees do their job 😉
Little Toot (the pump tractor) is geared up and ready for the frosty nights ahead 😉

We are Closed!

Well here we are, Friday the 27th of May 2016.
The Fruit Stall is now closed for the Season. 🙂
A huge thank you to all our customers/friends who have supported us once again throughout the Season, because without you guys, we wouldn’t be in business; plain and simple. 🙂
Throughout the winter months we will be pruning and planting out new trees and then when we finish with those jobs, it will be frost-fighting time and after that, straight into thinning the fruit and then before we know it we open the doors to the Fruit Stall once again!
We look forward to seeing you all again next Season or before. 🙂

Ruby has been busy the past couple of days digging the last of our spuds to keep us fed over winter 🙂
She may be tiny but boy can she dig. 🙂

Quinces have finished for the Season.
We still have heaps of Red Delicious apples and Braeburn apples on the Stall. 🙂
10kg bags for $12 and 5kg bags for $6.

On another note here’s some autumn shots. 😉

In between picking apples today Ruby and our family friend Naomi spent some time collecting pine cones from under the Douglas Fir trees. ☺ Gotta have a good supply of them for lighting the fires in winter. It’s not far away!! ?
