Nectarine Chutney 2 ½ kg nectarines, peeled, chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp salt
1 kg brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp lemon peel, chopped
120 g ginger, chopped
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
½ tp allspice
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and bring to a simmer. Cook for 1 hour. Bring to a boil and boil for 5-10 minutes. Stir until thick. Pour in jars and seal.
