A big day on the Fruit Stall!
The ‘Earli Ril’ apricots are very popular for bottling, freezing, stewing and also for sauce and jam. 🙂
Our cherries finished for the season today as we had a huge rush on them this morning and we were completely cleaned out by noon.
If we get the promised heat, PYO Sundrops will start this Saturday.
Will keep you posted. 😉
The Early Wilson plums are not early this season!
For reasons unknown, the little blighters are very slow to ripen this year.
We have a great crop of them so to all you plum lovers, patience please. 😉
On another note, I know the Sundrops are nearly ready because the birds are pecking them at the tops of the trees!!
Lucky for us Big Bertha will now be able to focus her full attention on the protecting our apricot crop. 🙂
